I have loved clothes and been obsessed with fashion since I can remember. Although I prefer simple styles that are clean and refined, but with a modern touch, I like to add a hint of that certain je ne sais quoi by adding accessories. Those accessories can be anything from a big bangle, a unique scarf or pair of shoes, a great looking handbag, etc. I don’t believe in spending a lot of money in order to look good. A lesson I learned early on. Style and fashion are two different things and you can be stylish without spending too much money, all you need is a little bit of creativity and a lot of mixing and matching (from high end to the not so high end).

I considered going into fashion design, but then opted for my other true loves, writing and reading, so I went on to receive a B.A. in journalism and an M.A. in English literature. I currently do PR for an art museum in the Los Angeles area. I will use this space to talk about the designers and trends and styles I like, as well as any fashion/beauty related topics that tickle my fancy.
