Working at an art museum has its benefits, the main one being that I receive free admission to virtually every museum in the U.S. of A and that also includes some special ticketed exhibitions. In other instances I only have to pay half-price for the special ticketed exhibitions, although that is uncommon. So needless [...]

I never thought I’d actually write about Sarah Palin and fashion in the same sentence, but this week when news broke about her costly makeover, well, I just couldn’t help but write a post about it. Palin’s makeover has included shopping sprees at Barney’s, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and other places. I do realize [...]

Earlier this week I was looking through one of my fashion magazines and I saw an ad for the new season of Iconoclasts on Sundance. Korto’s designs aren’t bad but they don’t really speak to me and Kenley, while her wedding dress was probably the best thing she’s designed all [...]

I love fashion just as much, if not more, than the next girl, but there are times where I just simply draw the line. I am all for creativity and outrageous designs but sometimes, it’s taken to the level of ridiculousness. Case in point, some of Pierre Cardin’s latest designs.
Voila!

Gwyneth Paltrow announced today that she will be cleaning out her closet and selling a lot of her pieces of clothing in London in November. All proceeds will benefit a children’s charity.
Also, for all you Hills fans (and yes, I too watch it…my guilty pleasure) Whitney, like Lauren and the other faux celebrity, Heidi, [...]
